Our team is located in Montréal, Québec, Sherbrooke and Trois-Rivières and specializes in financing, business law, intellectual property and other relevant fields. Our lawyers are recognized by the most prestigious legal directories; they have their fingers on the pulse of the business world and are actively involved in their communities.

Étienne is the founder of the GO inc. Program. His practice fields include private financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. He participates in developing and putting in place numerous complex investment structures.
Guillaume’s practice is focused on securities, franchise law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. He provides guidance for entrepreneurs in launching their companies and advises them on their corporate structure and financing and on strategic issues specific to their industry.
Eric is a trademark agent and heads up the Lavery Legal Lab on Artificial Intelligence (L3IA). He has four inventions relating to electron beam lithography for microelectronics applications to his credit.
Marie-Hélène specializes in labour and employment law, health law and occupational health and safety law. Her services include advising firms of all sizes on human resources issues.

Marie-Hélène Jolicoeur


Audrey specializes in tax law and business law. She has a CPA-CA designation and a master’s degree in tax law, and specializes in the creation of legal structures, business purchases and sales, and corporate reorganizations. She is also well versed in the area of consumption taxes.
Sylvain’s practice is focused on trademarks, copyright, and tax law. He is regularly called on for legal opinions concerning intellectual property.
Zeïneb’s expertise is in labour and employment law. She advises and represents small, medium-sized and large enterprises, both private and public. She is the head of the Labour Law practice group at Lavery
Myriam’s practice is focused on labour and employment law, administrative law, and human rights. She advises and represents numerous firms in a range of sectors on individual and collective labour relations issues.

Myriam Lavallée


Marie-Hélène divides her practice between insurance litigation and labour and employment law. She advises clients on all aspects of human resources management and in drafting employment contracts and confidentiality and non competition agreements.

Marie-Hélene Riverin


Marilyn practises in the fields of transaction law, commercial law, financing, and corporate reorganizations. She has contributed to the completion of a number of transactions involving the purchase and sale of companies in numerous fields of activity.
Isabel practice is focused on business financing, mergers and acquisitions, and business reorganizations. She works closely with start-ups in the technology, e-commerce, renewable energy, manufacturing, and textile industries.
Charles practices primarily in the areas of private finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Over the years, he has been called upon to assist a number of GO Inc. startups at their start, growth or exit phases.

Charles Ceelen-Brasseur
